Sara Jane Sweet specializes in harmonizing vibrational energy through practices of Yoga, Aromatherapy, and Advanced Skincare as a Licensed Esthetician. Sara's expertise lies in helping guests achieve inner peace and balance for living a most optimal life!

With certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, Sara creates personalized yoga sequences infused with intentional themes, accompanied by soothing sound healing meditations. Her diverse skill set also includes the Art of Sugaring hair removal and advanced skincare, enabling her to promote optimal alignment and well-being through movement and self-care.

Sara enjoys meeting new people, exploring new destinations and embracing the outdoors in San Diego. Currently, she offers a range of wellness experiences at Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, Private Residences, and Specialty settings, all aimed at fostering holistic wellness under her expert guidance.

Sugaring Hair Removal

Body sugaring is safer and less painful alternative to traditional waxing.   Completely organic, the sugar paste, is a mixture of sugar, lemon and water, is 100 percent natural and safe for all skin types. It’s a wonderful natural exfoliant, that adheres only to dead skin and hair, not to live skin cells.

Sugaring leads to significantly reduced hair growth after routine treatments. Sugar removes hair at its natural growth direction, weakening the follicle with every visit. Over time, this causes the follicle to collapse and no longer produce hair.
